By booking this studio, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below. Failing to follow the rules may result in the booking period ending early without any refund.

The Number of guests attending must be no more than 6 people. If you need extra head-out, please message us and ask for permission, extra fee may apply.

Guest safety is our top priority. If you have children, you are always fully responsible for their safety. This house is not child-proof.
PROHIBITED:

No parking on the street. Please, park next to the house

No standing on the furniture including COUCHES
-
No food or drinks on the furniture and rugs
-
No smoking in the building
-
No alcohol in the building
-
No pets
-
Do not disturb neighbors, LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED

No burning of candles
-
The House door must be closed all the time

do NOT move/hang art, only chairs and small items such as books, vases, etc can be moved

No pornography/nudity

No feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches or rugs are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them.
PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES
You are responsible for leaving the house the exact way it was prior to your booking. The house is inspected before booking begins and right after the booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges.
MOVING FURNITURE: If you would like for furniture to be moved, please, contact us and specify your request.
OVERTIME FEE: To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the house when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30 minute increments.
NATURAL LIGHT: Please, note that the lighting in our space is dependent on the natural light outside. Please email us or give us a call if you want advice on which rooms would be the brightest at different times of the day.
Cancelation & Refund Policy

At Clarksville Studio, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and changes may need to be made to your reservation.

Rest assured that if you need to cancel your reservation, we have a very flexible cancelation policy in place. We’re proud to offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date/time – no questions asked!

If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will refund 50% of the rental fee. Unfortunately, if you need to make any reservation changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation time, we cannot provide a refund.

This cancellation policy applies to all types of payments, including when the reservation is paid using pre-paid hours from the client’s account.

Refunds take about 5 business days to arrive in your bank account, which depends on your bank, but quite often people can see the refund in the next 1-2 days.
