Cancellation Policy

1. PAYMENT To reserve your session date and time, full payment is required at the time of booking. No date will be held without both a signed contract and full payment. All payments are non-refundable but may be credited toward any future session within 12 months. 2. CANCELLATION If the Client cancels the session for any reason, payment is non-refundable. However, the full amount paid will be credited toward any future session within 12 months from the original booking date. 3. RESCHEDULE If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hr notice via email. Rescheduling with less than 48 hr notice may result in limited availability, but your full credit will still be honored toward a future session within 12 months. A new contract may be required, and future bookings will reflect pricing in effect at that time.
